How To Utilize 17hats To-Do Manager

On the left rail of your 17hats account, you will clearly see the ‘To Do’ section of the platform. Give it a click and you will be taken to your To-Do Manager. Here is where all the to-dos from your Projects and Workflows are housed and managed. 

From the left rail of the To-Do Manager, under My Lists, you can easily create your own customized to-do lists. Let’s create a General Business List to organize all your business to-dos. 

Monthly Business To-Dos

Once your list is created, add your to-do items. Because many business to-dos are recurring on a monthly basis, you can add monthly recurring to-dos to ensure they stay top of mind each month. 

Recurring to-dos are very easy to add. When adding a to-do item to your list, from the Repeat dropdown, select when you want the task to repeat. You can repeat weekly, monthly, or yearly and then further customize from there.

This is also great for reminding yourself to send your clients birthday or anniversary cards.
